Anti Decompile

Ever wonder how some Maps don't let you decompile with VMEX?

Well this is how you do it:

What you need:

* Lock prefab

Download that and place it in your sourcesdk>bin>ep1>bin>Prefabs>Prefabs HL2 Folder. Now open your map in hammer and look for the prefab. Place it anywhere on your map but it is preferred that you place it somewhere where the player can't see or touch it. You Should Not rotate this prefab, or else it will not work properly.

Thats it!

I'm not completely sure how this works, but I believe the brush and texture structure can't be calculated by VMEX, so it gives up. Want proof? Compile your map, then try to decompile it with vmex. This is the safest way to keep your map protected and there hasn't been an easy way to decompile it Yet.
